0000Honourable Chief Minister, Jharkhand Sir, I hereby pray to you that I am Debabrata Dasgupta, retired Associate professor of biochemistry in MGM medical college jamshedpur who is being severely tortured both mentally and financially by the Principal secretary of health of Jharkhand throughout my medical teaching at different points of time. 1. In 2006, Principal secretary of health has Created a Fake REASONED ORDER on the basis of a Fake regulations of MCI, 1983 to deny my professorship wef 04-09-1983 in compliance of Judgment of Hon’ble High court in CWJC NO.2014/1997(R). 2. Even after admitting the fact in notification No.148(9) dated 12/03/2023 that ” there is no regulations of MCI in 1983 which is merely a recommendation “, the Principal secretary of health has neither withdrawn their earlier fake REASONED ORDER of 2006 nor has granted me professorship. 3. In spite of judgment in CWJC NO.2014 of 1997 in 2004, WPC NO.3534 of 2009 in 2011, LPA NO.437 of 2012 in 2023 and WPC No.5231 of 2014 in 2024, the Principal secretary of health has neither granted me professorship with all consequential benefits nor has withdrawn their fake notification for my termination No.270(9) dated 02/07/2019 giving me retrospective superannuation wef 31-12-2013 at my 60 years as a SAMANNO SEVAK
